Mercian? Something about the wrapaound stays make me want to say SR or Centurian but the seatbinder does not look right for that.

The rest of us need to start hanging out in your neighbord hood if random bikes like that are following people home. We'll make sure they get off the street and have a nice place to sleep at night.
