Unknown Dunelt Single Speed Bike
Hey! I just Found a single speed Dunelt bike. I love the frame styling and was wondering if anyone could help me identify the year it was made. Here are some pictures, let me know what you think about the bike and if you have an idea about the year it was made.

Raleigh took over Dunelt in 1960 so your Birmingham made bike would predate that by a little bit. Cantilevered frames and curved tubes didn't hit the English Sports bike market until the late 50's so you can be pretty sure it's from that period. It's difficult to be more accurate without a Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub or a Williams crankset, both or which would have date codes.
edit...of course more detailed pics (driveside) and description sometimes reveal more clues.

Thank you very much for the response! That helps cure a lot of my wonder since i am very new to vintage bikes and have very very limited knowledge about what i am looking. Here is a picture of the crank but I don't know if it will be any real help narrowing the time span.
