Clean Bottle water bottles. The bottoms come off and they are dishwasher safe. I think I am going to like these for my Gatorade. Oddly, the two center bottles are a little shorter than the others. I wonder which version is actually the latest?

Perhaps they have improved them now.
I'm a fan of Specialized bottles because they have a (supposedly patented) flexible glass lining which keeps the water tasting like water. It does make a big difference.

These arrived today in the wrong color.....they were supposed to be Black/Highlight Yellow. At least Amazon is shipping me the correct ones and they will be here tomorrow.

WheelsofSteel sent a misc grab bag of parts and I plan to use the Shimano mtb brake levers on a frame build that I am starting.
Some diacompe cable guides were included too, those will be great on a zebrakenko I have torn apart right now.
I also got a full Tiagra groupset plus stem, saddle, and chain off eBay for a trek madone frame I am building up with my brother in law. Brifters plus carbon plus 10 speeds = I am out of my element. But it'll be fun to work on something modern that is basically just plug-n-play.

I got a used, white, FI'ZI:K Aliante in good shape off Ebay. Also a can of Meltonian Nu-Life Color Spray in Light Brown. Yep, I dyed the thing ! Have had good luck with the Meltonian stuff in the past, & it will be interesting to see if it holds up in this application. If not; can always respray it. Going on a heavy-patina Browning bike I just went thru with new parts. The cheap fixie seat, (calling it a saddle would be giving it too much credit), looked right, but was not working with my hindportions. Needed to match the bar tape, and leather was not in the budget. Looks great so far, just hope it's durable enough.

I got some shortie fenders from an inmate here. Ill try them on tomorrow. they are micro sized and wont do much more than keep some gunk out of the brakes and invite some mockery from the shortie haters. well worth the $10 (including shipping)
