This came in the mail yesterday:
My first ever full custom, a lightweight 650B frame built by Jeff Lyon. His L'Avecaise is his 'budget model', which gets a few time-saving choices and 'only' about 75% of the filing time as his full Jeff Lyon customs. But it's all custom, and his 75% time spent filing still works out to a bike with 95% the level of refined detail.
The wire guides were spec'd to the 3mm coaxial generator wire I'll be using.

As I was digging around English eBay I found some more pins of interest. While the Phillips and Norman pins are highly desirable (at least to me), the National Cyclists' Union is pretty interesting. I'm guessing the pin is from the 1930's or 1940's, but don't know for sure

Suntour XCE FD near NOS to replace the same that is in rusty condition on the Burley Duet. A near NOS RD of the same would be great to find!

Special thanks to @rootboy and @lostarchitect
My sister and brother in-law recently purchased a laser engraving machine & started a side business. I'll run some experiments and eventually transfer the Boule d'Or panto to the NOS big ring from rootboy. I'll give you guys/gals some updates once that project is done and might be offering the same service here if the process goes well...
...I should update my build post. So close!!
EDIT:
I should have thanked @brian3069 a while back.

Hopeful that this will work better than cheap analog angle finders.

An example of Jeff's attention to detail.

My modified Lezyne Road Drive pump (a fantastic, lightweight CNC milled pump. They're not made for pegs, but the addition of a coaxial spring around the shaft inside the handle easily takes care of that).
The color is VW/Porsche Dove Blue. Sadly it'll be a few weeks before I can start building it up... but I plan to get most of the summer season on it.

This is a "Stronglight Intermediare Porteur Triple" tripleizer that should allow me, together with a few other items, to convert my Shimano FC-6207 600EX double crank to a triple. Another member wrote about this item in an earlier CV thread. Source for the tripleizer is xxcycle.com. It took about two weeks to receive the item via "economique mode". I've had to restrict riding of my cherry 1987 Panasonic DX5000 due to the hills in this part of Georgia and my high mileage knees. Hopefully I can put more time on the bike soon.

As advertised:
As received:
All the other bits are there, just off camera. My existing '82 Masi (A8216, 58cm) will be the donor. Most of this frame's (A8144, 60cm) unusual trappings will be sold to cover some of the cost. Early '81 makes it a Dave Moulton built frame.

A new Shimano Deore derailluer and a NOS 6 speed 14-34 Shimano 600 Ultraglide freewheel came in the post yesterday. They are already mounted on my Cannondale and ready to do some climbing this morning!

I agree WOW stunning! I was practically drooling from all the little extras then dropouts just blew me away! I love those little capped style dropouts and stay caps Although it won't be a nice as this, one day the stars will align I will get True Temper Trek {not that I would turn my nose up at 531 frame** with those dropouts.

I've been considering putting together a bicycle with a fixed gear hub for a while now. As it turns out, thanks to toytech I now have what I need to assemble a 3-speed fixed gear bicycle and another project to get done!

This could easily go in the pet peeve thread...I placed one order through Amazon (free 2-day shipping with Prime membership) for two Panaracer tires, and I received two enormous boxes!
