Very cool. I say yes. I think the hub is a Camp. Gran Sport but let someone else confirm.

well I just sold a bike for 280 this morning...that money is a burning in me pocket!

its a 61 ctc frame-its BIG!

now the reynolds 531 sticker, "frame tubes"
does this mean the stays are not 531?

That's how I'd interpret it. So it would be comparable in that respect to a Super Course, for example.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you are obsessed with bikes and are using your wife and children as reasons to buy more bikes. I've done the same to where my wife and children each had multiple bikes that they didn't ride. Eventually my wife said she was fine with me buying and selling bikes for myself, but that one bike was fine for her and the kids.

I cleared out the extra bikes I had purchased for them. It is now much easier to go on a family bike ride.

You have almost certainly found a Crescent 92318: http://www.cykelhobby.com/92318.htm - just as I did a few weeks ago. I'll be making mine into a winter beater.

well yes and no.

yes I have a obsession-more like the bottle to drown out other things..

there is some reality to this situation.
F=free
AF=almost free-might have a few standard service parts
= have money in it-or have bought it at a fair market value

wife has 2 bikes-
city bike AF for a run to town, or errends. 28", 8 speed igh, I built it up from parts of bikes I flipped- it is really something I should post as I am proud of it
roadbike- F it was free- crescent mixte frame with suntour accushift-frame is too small,I have done nothing but put air in the tires-she likes it and uses it.I would like to find a better frame and move most of the parts into it.

Nelli has too many bikes-
2 roadbikes- well one is hers, and the other is a bike that i am restoring-dont know who will ride it.
1 mountainbike- AF in use
1 citybike- AF now less in use because of road and mtb
1 junker- F she rides to the corner for schoolbus-it of no value and perfect for this job

Nathanael has 1 bike
1 trek AF alloy mtb I built for him

I have.... I really dont know how many!
2 roadbikes- €€€€ both are in use an everyday one and my grail bike
1 folder- €€ too much history with me
1 old citybike-F bad condition and looks great that way.
1 40's mens bike- F slowly finding the parts
I mtb AF hate to admit it but I will build one TREK mtb for US-so one of US can go mtb riding with the kids

and then there is the back yard full of projects and flip bikes-that pay for the above bikes
