Help identifying Vintage Fuji Roubaix ??

hi so basically i am about to buy this frame, has all the details for it to be a "1989 Fuji Roubaix GPX", asked him several questions and he stated he is keeping all of the other components which were actually GPX/Suntour w/different brakes and wheeks when he bought it. It all looks good/sounds good to me, just THIS PICTURE HE SENT ME!

wow thank you for clarifying..he was probably annoyed with all the questions i had for him. "did you re-decal?" "were you the first owner?" etc. thanks again this helped alot!

dont know why on the first link (the one ive been thoroughly checking) state "Feather Si45 Q/B" instead of T/B. thats the thing that kept confusing me.
