Koga Miyata Pro
Anyone know where on the scale of quality Koga Miyata Pro is? Is there any difference between the Pro and FullPro version (early 90s frames)? We're these frames made in Japan?
Cheers,
Dan

Hi Dan,
Both top end bicycles. The differences are minimal. For example DT vs STI shifters, a bit chrome here and there or a Hardtlite steel fork vs Alfrex al bonded fork. That kind of stuff. Japanese frames indeed.

+1. The bicycles were assembled in the Netherlands using Japanese manufactured frames. Full Pro is higher than Pro but differences are sometimes subtle. Sometimes I can pick them out, sometimes I can't. I imagine it would be easier if I was Dutch or at least understood the language

Interestingly, some of the vintage catalogs posted on koga.com are in Dutch, and some are in English. I've got an entry level Exercisor from the early '90's and it rides like a dream.
