Can anyone identify this? Not RSW...

It's got 16x1 3/8 rims (349bsd) and the Sturmey Archer AW in the rear is dated July '73. It does look like an RSW at first glance but on closer inspection there are differences. I haven't been able to fathom out what it is and it's bugging me! Any ideas?

You might ask over in the folding bikes subforum if you haven't already. I don't know if yours is actually a folder, but the folks over there are pretty knowledgeable about small wheeled bikes also.

Looks like an RSW MKII to me. Paint job doesn't help and I am not sure about that crank.

It's a bit different in the frame from the RSW - main difference is in the bottom bracket area, it's in line with the main tube and the chainstays on this whereas it's a bit below on the RSWs. I'll try and get some more pictures up to show what I mean
