Colnago dropouts

Antbody ever seen these dropouts before? New one on me. Ed

Those look like really short chainstays, wonder if you have to air the tire down to get it in the dropouts.

Chainstay length is 395 mm. The slot in the dropout is only 20 mm deep. Ed
