Not sure about 60's stuff but my 70's pista overall spindle length measures 110mm, and that's a campy spindle.

The Campy crank looks to be a 1051. If so, assuming BSC, for 110 dropouts is takes a 68-P-110 @ 105mm. For 120mm dropouts it takes a 68-P-120 @ 109mm. For Italian is takes a 70-P-120 @ 109mm. Did you buy these ?!?!

Thanks a lot guys. That diagram helped a lot. It looks like it will need a 109mm spindle then. But my brother bought them for a 70s Windsor track bike he is working on.
