Bianchi, ever since my days as a young teen and found a small bike shop on 37th Ave in |Jackson Heights, NYC, that had a celeste Bianchi adorned in Nuovo Record, hanging in the display window. IIRC, shop was owned by an Italian family. I would ride over there with my department store 10-speed just to gawk at it.

In high school, it was a Colnago, after that, a Ciocc. These 3 brands still grab my attention instantly.
Funny though, I've never owned any of these Italian marques.

I recently got to sample a Colnago I lusted for. And discovered what I have been missing all these years.
What a great ride!

In the future, I will correct this oversight and seek out my grail bikes.

I've always had a soft spot for Carltons as my first good bike was an old one. I have 4 now, but lost my first to theft.

For all of you who like Colnagos, I just wanted to point out that they're no good.

Why, I wouldn't take one even if you GAVE it to me! - and just to prove that, I'm going to let you test me by sending it here.
(PM me for the shipping address.)
