Help ID old Campy-equipped 5-speed
 

This bike was donated quite a while ago and has been hanging around without being noticed. We pulled it down the other day and saw it had an internally routed brake cable through the top-tube, and Campy downtube shifter and 5-speed single-idler derailleur. Lugged frame, 26" wheels with Rigida rims. Headbadge is gone. Someone said they found a serial number but I didn't get that info. The "Universal Mignon" brakes are bottom-line of the brand according to the website.

If anyone has an idea of what this bike is, and an idea of value, that would be helpful.
