The chrome head tube lugs remind me of an early 70s Lygie - Italian. Are the dropouts campy? Is the bottom bracket Italian or English?

No, I'm not the seller. I too saw the ad. Thought the chrome wrap around was cool and was hoping to get an ID on the frame.
