stem and bar question- building a 53cm frameset

Im building the AD smoked chrome frameset,

I need (iso) a cinelli 1-R

what size is proper for this framesize?

Im guessing 95-105 on the stem

bar width 40 or 42.

bike dont have a rider, but I still want to complete it correctly.

105 cinelli 1A looks fine on my 54 ALAN and handles really well. IMNSHO wide bars look fugly on small frames, so go for 40's.

there is a 105 and a 95 avail, so i think the 105 will be the choice.

The correct answer for all framesets is "greater or equal to 120mm" :-)

I had a 42 bar and it was too wide. I would get a sharp pain right between my shoulder blades after longer rides. So my fitter did some measurements and said I should be using a 40 bar based on my shoulder width, which solved my problem. Also, the 42 came stock on my 52cm frame.

My bars that are 39cm from outer edge to outer edge are totally comfortable for "around town" riding on a 54cm bike. I believe it's also an 80mm stem.
