Handlebar experts, shape ID, etc

I've been drooling after this photo for some time now:

http://ysroad-shinjuku-beginnerkan.com/P1070697.JPG

What is the handlebar model on this photo? I have tried the De Rosa official site, but the same model has different, both the stem and the handlebars, than the one on this photo, so I cannot trace it.

I like the way the flat part is long, then goes into curve that fits the Ergo's location, and then the bend and the hooks.
Somebody must know the name of this handlebar? I hope it's new production, or?

Thanks

I would assume its new production.
There are a ton of "short and shallow" bars out there like that now.
