Help with a vintage Hercules bike
Hi,
I am trying to find how old this Hercules bike is:
It says "Hercules", and "TI Cycles of India". It's serial number is HP023***.
I would greatly appreciate if you could help with finding the year of manufacture.

You best bet to get in the ballpark is look at the rear hub for a date stamp of some sort, assuming the rear wheel is original.
Does the headbadge say Nottingham or Birmingham? Or something else?

TI, like BSA and Royal Enfield, put a bunch of tooling into India in the 50's and early 60's. The decals make me think maybe 90's, but I don't know of an Indian roadster serial number registry.
They're still selling something like it brand new, including the rack:
