Vintage Frame ID ~ Ferraroli?

I have a friend that want to trade one of my bikes for one of his. It's a nice frame but it doesn't have any identifying marks other than Cinelli on the BB Shell and Campagnolo rear drop outs. I have searched the internet and is seems that the lugs mostly match pictures of Ferraroli, but I would like a second (or more) opinion. Photos are attached for your viewing pleasure.

I don't see anything special about the lugs to tie them down to a certain framebuilder. Have you determined that it is Italian threaded and Columbus tubing?

Yeah, I should have checked the Dutch bike thread first, it seems every other bike in that thread has the same lugs. As for the tubing, I have no clue. The bike doesn't even have a serial number let alone marks that would identify the tubing.

Check the inside of the bottom of the steerer tube. The better Columbus sets have five spiral ridges. You can also remove the fork. Some manufacturers stamp their logo and a date code on the steerer. The thread standard should be stamped on the bottom bracket cups. The dropouts look like Camapgnolo but I can't tell id there are Portacatena holes. What's the seat post diameter?
