Here is an example of what I'm talking about. Amazon has plugs that look like these, but they are chrome plated plastic. Plastic is a bad material to use in this multi-pronged design. Steel is what you need.

Old thread, but I wanted to thank Rootboy for his excellent bar end plugs.

I didn't commission this set, the previous owner of my McLean did.

Just the right finishing touch.

Milremo plastic ones come in nice, bright colors; I have a few. I usually use the black Velox rubber ones, because they're resilient. Whoops, zombie thread . . .
