Aaron, you have a lot of catching up to do!

It's really a beautiful video. The guy's English is excellent, too. Thank you, jiangshi.

I think it is upstairs from the business he has.
Wonder if the 550 Spyder is his too, now there is where the dollar concentration is.

I bet the parcel delivery guy is on a first name basis with him, "another ebay auction box"...

Besides that most appear to be his size, note that the building design has what looks like super ventilation, Singapore is hot and humid, note the fans that were running... I wonder how he keeps rust at bay, that would be almost a full time effort just to keep after that! Great he rides them too. That is my goal to rotate and ride all mine, (in my size, a few small ones for family) but often I find myself finding a favorite to match my mood, so I don't rotate enough.

Feeling, Masi today? Or, aggressive and require the Tesch "Built for Speed" feel? A day to channel my inner Merckx and ride an early Colnago?

The bike collection is great. Neat video. But that Porsche is what really caught my eye.

I also noticed that all of the bikes appeared to be in the 52-53 cm range. Good thing, I don't need any bike envy.

The Porsche 550 you see at the 0:09 mark is worth more than all the bikes put together.

Thanks for the link - a very nice clip. I think he bought an orphan Record pedal from me off eBay a while back. Makes me smile to think where it ended up.

I know of a few guys in Southern California that have collections in the three digits, and a few more in the 50 to 60 range.

So, don't feel alone, plenty of guys out there who have the collecting urge.

Much easier to contain than the guys with the auto collections, they need serious space.

Im sure the Porsche is a 550 beck replica...real ones are worth more then 2 million and If I had one it would not be sitting in a warehouse to be scratched.

looking again the wiper arms are black...If it was real this would not be acceptable to a man of his taste.

I have to show the bike collection to my mom...maybe she stops giving me grief about my collection of 8-9!

Patience.....

Since getting back into the hobby around '06 I have had over 100 high quality bikes pass through my hands.

That is a very nice collection. "The bike is meant for riding, that's it" is a pretty good philosophy and one that I adhere to as well.

I liked that too. Did not preclude him from owning and liking many others, or was he just needling Richard?

But seriously, there are some bikes that ride/fit/handle beyond their pedigree, those are the real charmers.

Noticed the same thing, the whole time I watch and thought "so glad there isn't any in my size." I think he described perfectly the art of collecting, "the joy of accomplishment."

I might be a heretic, but some of his collection is quantity over quality (with a LOT of redundancy). Much of it strikes me as a baseball card collection - look how many Colnagos I bought - rather than one with a unifying concept or ideology.

Cool collection, cooler philosophy.

One thing I noticed, the bikes look highly exposed to the sun. Red paint can fade to pink in a year if left in a sunny room so I would advise cover's for none display days.
