Primer Grey? But the brown accents what appears to be an off white/cream colour. I say leave it as is and touch up any rusty spots with the best match up from an auto store.

1992 Rocky Mountain.
I bought the frame set a few weeks ago. I put in a new bottom bracket and deore crank.
The wheel set is Mavic. A little thinner then normal. They are not as wide as I wanted, but I already own them, and they fit.
I'm not going to spend money on a new set.
The tires are junk. I just put them on to roll the bike around.
I need brake levers and I think a shorter/taller stem but it should be ready by spring.

Nice, those are lovely machines. I would prefer to see something more similar to that nice original vintage avocet touring saddle on it though (but my guess is it was in rough shape).

My 1984 Panasonic CB-630, just back from the builders:
This is a 650b frame, but also kinda primitive in terms of mounting points, so I had a few braze-ons added. I also had the ST reamed out from 26.2 to 26.8 (for a wider variety of potential seatposts), and had the TT cable guides replaced with stops (at some point over the years, the middle guide had snapped off; I decided to look at that as an opportunity to modernize the whole set up).
I'm honored that Dave Levy (TiCycles) chose to do the brazing himself rather than delegate it to an apprentice.
Now to decide on paint...
Eventually I'll get around to rebuilding my RB-2... eventually...
then I can get to replacing the middle chainrings on my Soma & my Trek...
and replacing the outer chainring on my XO-3 and giving it a tune-up.
and then what...?
and then what...?

I had not been aware of this model. Looking forward to watching the build.

It was a strange experience, being in Levy's studio with my pokey little commuter, surrounded by all that stunning hand-crafted titanium; I feel kinda like I just had Leonardo DaVinci draw up a bake-sale flyer.

There she is with some new green tape and brown laminated toe straps. I'll look back and find my original thread from 3-1/2 years ago. I rode it in mostly original condition until recently. This 1977 model is slightly older than the seemingly more common versions that are completely chromed under the paint with the exposed lugs.
One of the difficulties that I hadn't foreseen (with this year, at least) is the lack of drilling on the front of the fork. Basically the only off-the-rack rack that will fit is the common-for-the-time Jim Blackburn style that wrapped around the back of the fork, where there's a hole that's been tapped for a phillips head screw. You can see that I had to do some weird stuff to mount my headlamp to the brazed-on post. I'm hesitant to drill through the fork crown, because it actually does look really, really sexy like that without anything mounted to it... I'm not sure if the slightly later varieties are drilled through or not.
edit: Found the link here.

Finally knocked out one of my winter projects. A light weight rail trail/gravel bike on the narrow end of acceptable tires. Started life as an RRB store import (Tange 2) frame, worthy of some love despite some small dents and worn paint. A trip to the powder coater was ideal for this given the lack of provenance and want to expose it to gravel and grit for the rest of its life. Went with a road bike with MTB gearing range (albeit with a tighter cassette). Seems to shift reasonably enough, but a bit loose with that long cage. Won't know until our roads clear and we get above zero f again.
Proudly sporting a nifty VO saddle, courtesy my Secret Santa, that couldn't be looking better with the gray, black, silver theme of this otherwise parts bin buildup. Still needs the shakedown ride and cable trim, but it's screaming rail trail to me. Currently packing in 30's for tires, but could probably get up to 32's on it. Not quite as big as I'd like, but I've got the Croll mountstercross bike for heavy slogging.
Then, just when I thought I had this gravel bike thing licked, this followed me home (a brand new, never built 02 Lemond Poprad frameset, purchased for a song):

This looks interesting, I want to hear this one sing. It looks like you are going to end up with several gravel grinders.

Ok, well I didin't know if followups were expected but clearly we have that opportunity! I am still working on the Burley Duet. My time is limited so the list of winter projects may stretch into .... well the title didn't specify which year!
So the bike was disassembled:
The decals were peeled off to be sent for duplication (since received):
Paint stripper was applied multiple times to get all the paint off (the stoker bb is not worth removing so will be masked off):
Rust was attacked with OA, wire wheel, and and the fork treated with a converter to get to the hard to reach spots.
I didn't like the origianal location of the drag brake reaction arm as it was difficult to remove the wheel and the arm rubbed on the frame/paint:
So I took the frame to a local guy that did the work on the Bike Friday last year and had him move the anchor:
The fork was painted, when we had a break in the temperature last weekend, with etch primer and thats where we sit. Next step is to assemble the whole bike and try it out. Too cold to paint.
A friction thumb shifter was purchased for $5 to provide single controls of each brake. Also found a nearly new Arai brake for $5 to replace the corroded one.
Parts are being cleaned and polished including the crank which were pitted, so they were subjected to Easy Off and are being sanded prior to polishing. The RD and FD need to be cleaned and the timing chain is soaking in oil after an OA bath.
