Considering the 50 hours already invested, this student might need another 25 to really "finish" this "woody" NR/FD. Doesn't it just scream; "Sand me! Sand me! And seal me with tung oil!"

It does, Bob. Needs a little more filing and finish sanding work. Still, quite an effort. Those pulleys look NOS!
