Moulton mystery

I have a classic Moulton in need of some TLC, but I'm puzzled by its provenance.
The number 65 on the frame indicates the build year, and the metal plate on the stem has "Bradford on Avon".
But ... the remnant of a decal has " Moulton ... [obscured] ... under license by Malvern Star"
(Malvern Star was an Australian bike builder.)
The bike originally had a Sturmey-Archer 3(?)-speed hub but now has a coaster brake.
Can anyone give a positive ID of this machine?

I guess I'm confused...

It's a Moulton produced under license by Malvern Star.

Peugeot did the same they thing, some of their bike were produced by other companies and labeled 'Peugeot'.

I have basically the same year Moulton which was assembled in the USA by and sold by Huffy. Frame and parts were built in England. Mine came with a 4 speed FW SA Hub. I will see if can find some finished pictures on my computer and post them. I have some as bought but it was pretty rough. Roger
