Mondia Super photo's needed

I've got a 1974'ish Mondia Super that is in need of cosmetic restoration. I'm hoping to convince a friendly graphics artist to do some computer renderings of the decals, but the problem is that many of the decals I need rendered are almost completely obliterated on my bike. I have useable photo's of the "Reynolds 531 Tubing" triangular decal on the fork, as well as a good photo of the down tube "Mondia" one. What I'm lackin are the "Mondia" decals on the seat tube, as well as the little "made in Switzerland" decal and the "guaranteed made from genuine Reynolds Tubing" decal at the top of the seat tube.

I've checked http://www.classicrendezvous.com/, and there are no useable photo's there. I'm hoping someone here has such a bike, and is willing to photograph the decals and forward those photo's to me.

Also, The foli like decals wrapped around the midsection of the seat tube are in almost mint condition, and I'm wondering if there is a way to "float" them off and save them for reuse.

Any ideas?

I just sold a small orange '72 on eBay, and a large one the same color a couple of years ago (both say Mondia Special on downtube, Super on badge). PM me with your email, and I'll be happy to send you the pics I took of 'em. BTW- I believe the seat tube is actually chromed, with decals on top of the chrome.

Interesting - nowhere on my bike does the word "super" appear, but then again the headbadge is missing. I was told by a reputable bike builder/restorer after he inspected it that it was a later Super - no earlier than 1974. On my down tube, it just says "Mondia". Here's what the seat tube looks like on mine, with what's left of the Mondia decal. It appears painted as the rest of the bike, with the decals on top.

Yup; yours is a later Mondia. Here's a little album I put together with pics from the one I just sold:
http://www.duane.kennard.com/72mondiaspecial/
The large frame I had looked just like it, same color, same vintage. I've got plenty 'o pics from it as well. I'm still looking for an "in-between" size frame (my size) as a keeper...

Nice photo album! Could you do me a favor and PM me with the jpeg's of the seat tube "MONDIA" and the head badge? I can't seem to figure out how to save them off of your web page.

Regards,

John
