I though all those things were normal, required activities. Just that I don't use tubular, so no cement. Oh and kinda a slob so I only clean my bike when it gets road dust on it, so didn't check that one.

My rule is the tire label goes drive-side (natch) but the tube's valve stem lined up with the PSI rating printed on the tire; not that I don't feel free to surpass it pretty much 100% of the time

Guilty on all counts, Your Honor!

Also replace tires, chain, cables, hoods, and bar tape before their time.

I do some of those things, some more than others. Valve caps are uncommon on my bikes, and I rarely clean a bike; a clean bike looks unloved. But I couldn't say always or never about anything.

I have a front wheel, one of the first I built, where the hub label (engraved) reads the wrong way. The easiest way to fix it would be to reverse the rim label decal and skewer and reverse the wheel, but then the pull/push spokes won't match the rear wheel. I could disassemble and rebuild the wheel, but the spoke marks on the hub will be ugly.
I wouldn't go as far as saying I lose sleep over this, but I thought many times about it.

I'm using all my used tubes.
If you wrap one too many turns with Tressostar, you'll likely come up short.
I don't use valve caps.

Guilty on many, if not most, counts. I don't use valve caps or nuts, but I seem to have a bunch of them laying about.

I also center the label on the driveside (depends on the tire). And then proceed to normally pump them up from the non-driveside. Go figure.

I don't even clean dirty bikes, though I think I will soon begin a perfunctory wipe down after a ride. I always use valve caps. I used to line up the tire label with the valve stem, and then decided that I don't care if I'm looked down upon because of not doing it.

I place the tire label on the LH side of the bike (off drive side). Reason being that in the USA right hand turns are more often sharper than left turns.

I'm not a cleaning OCD guy, but when it is time to repair/tuneup, I am extremely freaking thorough, I grease every bearing I can, and get those brakes working better than new.

Wheel routine:
Remove quick release, disassemble hub axle, clean bearing grease, regrease, grease some more, reassemble hub, check cones, adjust, check cones, adjust, check cones, steel wool rims, drink something, steel wool rims, check and steel wool spokes, drink something, complain about hand pain to no one/the dog, spray rims/spokes with simple green in the yard, wipe down with rag, clean hub body area, throw wheel on truing stand, pull out flip direction and throw wheel on truing stand, check to see if stand is still centered, pull out flip direction and throw wheel back into truing stand, spin, squeeze spokes, spin, squeeze spokes, adjust spoke tension (30 min), squeeze spokes, etc until wheel is true, spin, spin, spin, pull off stand, spin in hands, try to find skewers, find them, steel wool/clean chrome on skewers and skewer nuts, triflow on the skewer came, grease other side, place back through axle.

Next is putting on the tires but you get the gist...the funny part is, I'm not even close to being as bad as I once was either.

I wire-wheel steel threads until all the gunk is gone and they shine like chrome.

Used to overhaul bearings by coating all mating cups, cones, races, spindles, with Dow-Corning molycote first, before greasing and adding the bearing balls with a magnetized probe.

Set brake pad clearances until both brake levers pull an identical distance that I deem my sweet spot.

Used Permatex aluminum anti-seize compound instead of good ol' grease.

I re-roll my tubes so they take up less space in my bag. I install my tires with the label on the right, over the valve to make it easier to find puncture debris. I generally use presta caps to keep crud out of the valves (I ride in the rain - I live in Oregon), and valve nuts to make it easier to put my Silca floor pump head on the valves. All that other stuff is just frou-frou.

Ah, Good! I knew I liked everyone here for some reason. I don't use tubulars so I don't need to clean even a little glue, if I had tubulars then I would spend way too much time making the glue perfect. For everything else, I'm guilty. But it is my hobby, I'm not as bad with everything else, the bikes do something to me. It's not my fault.

Robbie, I'll never have equal wraps of bar tape, never ever! I will clean a "clean" bike if it's overhaul time as it's so much easier to reach some spots when the frame is gutted. No tubies.

Two items you didn't list are aligning the hub's designation to the valve stem (not all of mine are) and rim labels readable from the RHS.

I had to say yes to everything but the matching bar wrap question. But I've got far too many other examples of OCD when it comes to bikes, not to mention other areas of my life

FWIW, OCD is looked down upon as a bad thing, but I go the other way: it's those without structure and order that are missing out!
