Who's going to the Brooklyn Bike Jumble? Saturday, May 10 2014
This Saturday in park slope!
Details here: New York Bike Jumble
Usually some good deals and lots of bikey eye candy. I'll be there shopping for mountain bike parts! My '87 Tempo is bubblegum pink and hard to miss.

Time's Up will be there with a whole truck load of bikes and parts to sell. I'll be running our booth along with other volunteers, and will also probably bring a few of my own bikes and parts boxes to sell from.

I will not be there. I was there in the fall. I had a good time there. Bought some stuff, met some great people.
One guy sold me an old CAAD7 frame for only $75. It ended up costing me quite a bit to build it into a bike. The bike got stolen on it's first ride. I want to stay out of trouble now.

I'm excited that I might be able to go this weekend. Two quick questions from a first time attendee:
1. Website says it starts at 10:00, can you get shopping earlier and if so what time?
2. Where's the best place to find parking in the area?
Thanks, Mike

I've always found a parking space within 3 or 4 blocks.

I'll be sharing a space with a friend to offload our random junk. Like any flea market it's best to come early. As a buyer I'd recommend getting there at 9am.
