Can anyone help id this titanium mountain bike?
A friend came by with a titanium mountain frame today. It is bereft of decals except for a "Dragon" sticker along the top tube, which may have been added later. Stamped "Made in USA" on bottom bracket shell. No other identifying markings. Pre-discs, hardtail. I don't think it is a Litespeed, but am not sure-- these are really not my forte. Fairly distinctive dropout treatment, with a pencil point end to the stays and a cut out in the drop. Would appreciate id help from those more knowledgeable than I.

The way the seatpost clamp is positioned is with the tubing slit facing forward and the "MADE IN THE USA" stamp on the bottom bracket shell reminds me of my old Dean. Are the rear seat/chain stays "S" bend?
That being said, the rear dropouts look like two different welders had at it. Nice clean beads around the circumference of the stay, a little less refined around the dropout. Maybe look at images for USA made Sandvik frames; Diamond Back Axis or Rocky Mountain Ti Bolt or similar. Both mentioned models share similar traits to dropout treatment on your friends. "Dragon" is the model of a Jamis bike. Internet pictures put the dragon at mid-90's but I didn't see too many similarities in the quick google image search.
Nice ride
