@jmalton9 I can't even comprehend how this is possible--like it came right off the showroom floor. Care to share details on the build?

@orangeology @Holdenwest Thank you for the kind words. I may make a thread as I did take photos throughout the build.
I decided I wasn't a fan of the brown. Old stock Selle Italia Turbo, black lever hoods, and black tape.

Where's the headbadge?
Great bike jmalton9! Why so many spacers? Perhaps that frame came with a chromed fork originally, but I like the painted fork best.
It was peeling from the bottom pretty badly. Have yet to find a well printed replacement.Where's the headbadge?
I'm not 100% on the model year but you could be right. I had actually originally purchased a chrome fork for it, but it had been cut.. badly. I picked the painted fork up from a fella in Portland and I guess I just didn't want to cut it up.Great bike jmalton9! Why so many spacers? Perhaps that frame came with a chromed fork originally, but I like the painted fork best.

Great thread, btw. Used to want a Pinarello or De Rosa back in the day and love seeing the guys keep them looking nice.

how does one find a perfect fork for his pinarello in portland? simple as ebay, or ..?
@jmalton9 - Congrats on an ulikely find! I once thought of looking for a fork for my Colnago and actually found one but the steerer was too short. It was freshly chromed too! Beartiful bike! Love the Red!
Dispite starting this thread, I really am having debates in my head about having Dura Ace instead of Campagnolo on the bike. I may have to start collecting parts! Nothing less than record would be appropriate! I am gaining more respect for Pin's over time. Thanks all for your contributions. Keep them coming!
Very nice, fureshi.
