I want to replace my Simplex Rear derailleur for a compatible Campagnole. Can you guys help me find one that would fit on my bike?

hiya , Is the derailleur threaded into the hanger ? Does the hanger have a stop on it ? If it does should be compatible with campag ? .Any chance of a pic of the hanger without derailleur mounted ?

Unless that derailleur is broken or bent in some way, I would leave it alone.

Looks like the dropout may be stamped Gipiemme. In which case, it may work. Remove the derailleur. Does it look like the above photo? Or the lower pic, which is for Simplex type mount. No stop and no threaded hole. If the former, you can find all kinds of Campagnole" gears to fit it. On ebay.

I'll have to look and see what I have to swap. Is something wrong with that one or do you just want a Campi? If your looking for smoother shifting try looking for a 6spd shimano hyperglide freewheel.

Bent? Where? How? Looks OK in the pics but, if the derailleur took a sideways hit, it might be the derailleur hanger (off the bottom of the dropout) is bent inward a bit. If so, make sure to align it before you install the new derailleur.

the best way is to use the proper tool, like the Park DAG-1, which also has a simple rod-gauge that helps to get it right without guessing. But if you don't have that tool (or your LBS doesn't) you can fake it with something like a long-handled Allen wrench in the hole of a RD mounting bolt, but it depends on which way the hanger has to bend and how good you are at eye-balling alignment.
I think the Simplex SX 610 is a pretty good unit and (if in good shape) probably better shifting than most of the Campy units you might replace it with (I said most, not all!)

If you do not have that much experience with working on bicycles, it might be a good idea to have a bike shop straighten the hanger if it is bent. Being that the dropout/hanger is made out of steel, bending it back straight should not affect it's structural soundness.
As for changing out the derailleur, the Simplex made SX610 had always had a very good reputation as a good rear derailleur with the C&V community through the years, but if you just want to try out Campagnolo derailleurs on your bike, why not?!, Trying out different component brands and designs on C&V bikes is a big part of the fun of collecting and riding them.
