What model of Peugeot Mixte is this?

EDIT: Did some more research, looks like a UO19C, yes?

Here's another to add to the weekly "What model Peugeot?" threads, though, unlike those, I'm pretty sure this isn't a UO8. Anyway, picked this up a couple hours ago, obviously a lot of non original parts, including a beautiful Sugino AT Triple.
"Tubing Speciale 103" frame, black with gold pinstriping, with internal wiring for the front light, Rigida alloy rims laced to high flange hubs, full chrome fork, Peugeot-branded Weinmann center-pulls, Atax stem. Sorry about the horrible pictures, I don't have a garage door. BTW, I paid about what the barcons alone are worth

I think its a UE18.

U series bikes with fenders and racks have the 'E' prefix....'C' suffix is for flat handlebars.

Yup. That's a mixte.

Cant believe the barcons. Wow. I would have snapped it up, stripped the parts and scrapped that "frame" in a heartbeat on a 10% grade.
