Mystery cinelli track bike identification
 

So I'm in the process of possibly purchasing this bike but need help identifying what it is. Owner says it is 1950's cinelli track bike that's been repainted.

Lugs look like they have elongated hearts on them like de rossa, but bottom bracket has cinelli s.c. Stamped into it. There are also five small port holes on bottom bracket. I was thinking it was possibly cinelli sc track bike, but there are also holes drilled into fork and frame for brakes.

Need a cinelli buff to help me figure this one out! Thanks in advance/pics below

But no Cinelli made in the 1950s ever had heart-shaped cutouts in the lugs. None.

I am guessing no stamped bottom brackets either, just a drain hole. This sounds like the usual case of misidentification due to a common Cinelli bottom bracket shell.

Also, 1950's early 60's Cinelli was using Fischer BB shells and they didn't have the Cinelli name on them they had this +GF+ stamped on them.

Early version (SC) of the investment-cast Cinelli BB shell. No clue to the frame-builder but could help nail down the approx. year.
The detail that might be telling: that brake bridge (or rather "no-brake-bridge" if it's a track frame with no brakes), it looks like it has those little points that half-wrap around the stays. That was a signature detail of ------------sorry, can't remember his name.
Shoot a close-up of THAT and see if it rings a bell with somebody who CAN remember.
