1977 Puegot 103 Advice

Hi everyone,

I have recently come across a family heirloom (1977 Puegot 103) which I am looking to get running again. I recently restored an old ford car however my knowledge of these mopeds are extremely limited. I have found a few manuals online for these bikes but they are in french (good thing I took Spanish way back when...). The last time that the bikes (the other is a 50 mobylette) were ran were around 1995 and have been stored decently since. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start as far as reading, exploded views, manuals, etc.? The ultimate goal of this bike is to get it running with a few modifications (bigger cylinder heads perhaps, exhaust, etc.)

Any information is extremely appreciated and I hope that this is the right forum as I have found a few other Puegot 103 posts here.

Now for the goodies:

We've got lots of people 'round here with varied interests, so I wouldn't be completely shocked if someone might have some useful information, but this is a bicycle forum. The Peugeot 103 posts you've found are presumably about Peugeot bicycles with frames made from Carbolite 103 steel tubing.
