Cino Heroica training ride

I am going to ride the John Wayne trail from Rattlesnake Lake to Snoqualmie Pass. Eat lunch at the top and the back down. Its a slog ride, but pretty and you get some altitude. I am riding my aluminum tourer with fat Schwalbe Marathons. Its bumpy but you can do it with good tires. Its also going to be 90 degrees this weekend, so the pass might be cooler. I think a jump off time of 830 would be good

Any interest?

Sounds like a fun ride, Dave. Should be much cooler up there. We're going to do our rides this weekend from home, but start and finish early.

No worries guys, just offering. I really need some hill climbing and distance. Then some back to back longish rides. The legs are fine, the lungs and the butt need more work!
