Any Bike related areas to visit in England?

I may have a change to go to England in September. I will be going past Nottingham but I don't know if there is anything there to see now.
Are there places to visit that relate to the old 3 speed English bike industry. I will not be bicycle touring, just going for work but I expect to spend some personal time there also.

We stayed out in the Cotswolds last summer and visited the Heritage Motor Center in Gaydon. They had one or two bikes along with a lot of nice jags and rovers.

Thanks, I'm not sure of my route yet but I will keep this in mind.

You would think there would be something Raleigh related considering the scope of the industry at it's peak.
