I've got a '90 750. Great versatile frame with the same geometry as the 520. I've had mine built with drops and more recently as a city bike. Currently switching it back to drops with a compact double.

That is a great looking 750. Can you tell me what brakes and shifters that you were using as a drop bar bike?

Thanks. The brakes were Tektro RX5 Mini V and the shifters that I used were DA 9 speed bar ends with Paul Thumbies.

    Does the 91 Trek 750 Multitrack use a 22.2mm or 1 1/8" quill stem?

Is the rear axle diameter 130mm or 135mm ?

My 94 750 uses a 22.2 stem. I have also discovered in 94 only, shimano stx used a 95 bcd crankset, and if you were considering putting a set of clamp-on downtube shifters on, the downtube is not standard road bike diameter but instead something like 33.1 mm.

Related, I am now in possession of a brand new, unused set of sunrace clamp on downtube shifters.
