What would you do? Specialized Sirrus vs. Schwinn SS
I have two frames, an '87 Sirrus, and '84 Super Sport. The Super Sport has never been built, needs a fork, has some paint chips and a little rust from storage, the Sirrus needs paint. Either way I going to need: wheelset, seat, stem, bars. I believe the two frames are nearly identical in quality. The sirrus fits me better by modern standards, but feels cramped compared to what I am used to.
From what I have read, the sirrus is exactly the same frame as the same year allez, so may have a bit more cache.
The plan is: Tubulars, and an 8 speed cassette. I'll run the shifter for the RD in friction.
What are your thoughts?

Both nice. Go for fit. Make sure it fits. The Super Sport has more appeal to me, personally--however fit should trump all.
