In addition to the ones I already mentioned, I also have:
Matrix Sonic, 36h, dark anodized heat treated, 700c; NOTE TO CONDITION: it is missing one eyelet, and another eyelet is damaged (looks like someone tried to remove it). If someone can replace the missing eyelets I believe it's a perfectly okay rim.
Araya, 36h, silver, 27", I HAVE A PAIR OF THESE.
Fiame, 36h, silver, 27", I HAVE A PAIR OF THESE.
Velocity Aerohead, 36h, royal blue (paint, not anodized), 700c, I HAVE A PAIR OF THESE.
For the sake of completeness I will repeat the list I posted at the top of this thread:
Mavic MA2, 36h, polished silver, 700c (622mm) (this is the one I'd like to find a match for)
Sun CR18, 36h, polished silver, 700c (622mm)
Sun ME14A, 36h, silver, 700c (622mm)
Weinmann A129 ("concave"), 48h, silver, 700c (622mm)
Salsa Delgado Cross, 32h, black, 700c (622mm)
Dunlop Special Lightweight, 32h, chrome, EA1 (597 mm)

Took time today to actually figure out what I have for pairs and orphans. Should have done it yesterday.
Here's the orphans if anyone is looking for one:
Older, silver Mavic tubular. Unkown model number.
Araya 27" - in great shape
Mavic GL 330 tubular, decent brake wear
Looking for a pair:
Wolber GTX 2 700c clincher
Matrix Titan T - 27"

I have two orphan rims:
Mavic GP4 tubular - was built into a wheel but never ridden. Some minor "shopwear" but otherwise nice. Never glued, zero miles. I think 36h but will check for sure if there is interest.
Araya CTL370 clincher, 28 hole - was on the front of a low-milage Centurion Ironman. One narrow stripe of wear in the black anodizing but looks very nice overall. Label is peeling at the edges as seems to be usual.
I'm probably not looking for rims in trade but maybe something else?

ISO rims
I'm looking for 2 rims - 700c - to complete wheel sets:
Araya red label 36. I have the rear wheel with sansin hub.
Mavic 32 hole. I have the rear wheel with Shimano tri-colour hub. Front wheel with tri-colour hub would be ideal.
Speaking of orphans, I have an orphan CAmpy toe clip - size large - that looks to be NOS. Trade bait?
Thanks.
Brad

I forgot...
...I forgot to say that all of these are clinchers and I would only want clinchers in trade.
Also thanks for starting this thread. Novel idea.

Yes, I'm still looking for the front wheel.
I found out that my rear wheel has a formula hub with the Matrix Aurora RSR rim. It's black with machined brake tracks. It weighs 1170 grams with the quick release skewer removed, and a reflector installed.
I'm looking for a matching front Matrix Aurora rim with either a Formula or Shimano silver hub. Willing to sell it, trade it, or buy yours for the right price.

You can compare 27" to 700c by standing the rims up on a hard floor, or by mounting a tire.
There are many varieties of Araya rims (big differences in width, and with single or double walls).
I'm keeping an eye on this thread to possibly help someone out with some of the stray rims I've amassed.
For myself, I need a 28h silver clincher, Open Pro or Reflex.

I actually should be getting new wheels later this week. Go ahead and make an offer. I got the bike in 2001 for my wife but she got pregnant shortly after and didn't really start riding it until 2 years ago. So, the wheel has maybe 2,800 miles on it the past 2 years.

I am interested in the Mavic 27" rims you possibly have for sale. If you might have such a specimen; What would their condition be? Do you have an alignment table or very flat surface to assess their straightness if they are not laced-up? If they are laced, round and true, are there any loose spokes or very tight spokes aka tension imbalances?
What would you be asking for these rims? I am assuming that they are 36 hole drilling, but I might be interested in a 32 hole rim.
Thank you kindly,
Damiano

I need to complete a set of Weinmann 27" 1 1/4" wheels. The front is a 32 and the rear is 40. I need either an old-school (dimpled spoke hole) 40H rim, or a 32H rim that is convex rather than concave. So I would have a 40H convex in trade if you have a 40H dimpled rim- or 32H dimpled spoke hole rim for a convex 32H rim.
I also have a spare dimpled hole Weinmann that is 27" 1 1/4" 36H (like you might find on a 60s Paramount); also an Ambrosia 36H 700C.
All are clinchers.

Drool. What are they? Now if someone would say "I have a box full of NOS Tubulars. Whoever wats (wants) to pay for shipping, can have them"......
Just went through the storage unit and found way too many wheels/rims. Some have matching hubs but not rims. I may have to go down there and take inventory!

I did not intend to imply that I have boxes of NOS orphan rims! Sorry, if I did! Still need to take inventory. Might do that this weekend.
