What's your current line up?
I've done some herd thinning and this is my current list.
58 Lenton Grand Prix-pending new ownership
74 Internationaal (I know it's spelled wrong but that's the Dutch way of spelling it)- Rando/Custom build (see my thread on it for more details)
79 Centurion Semi Pro- s/s
81 Trek 710- built to ride all day 10spd Dura Ace barcons, 10spd IRD cassette 12-34, Sugino Mighty Tour (48-34), 8spd XT rd, Cyclone fd, Nitto young stem, Nitto Rando bars (46cm) c/ VO brown leather wrap, 105 aero brake levers, Tektro medium reach calipers, White Industries hubs laced to Mavic Open Pros c/ Vittoria Hyper Rando tires 700x32, Tom Ritchy seat post, dk brown Brooks Pro and soon a KING headset. I think this is my favorite bike out of all the bikes I've owned. The only upgrades I might still do is either an IRD, Phil or SKF bottom bracket. Other than that, I built it exactly how I want it.
83 Fuji something- curbside find, "beater bike". It fits 700x37 tires so it is super plush to ride
84 Trek 715- build in progress but it is leaning towards an old school tourer build. I might 650b this one, not sure yet. It is currently sporting original Blackburn racks front and rear along w/ lowriders and Kangaroo panniers. I'll start a thread at somepoint
84 Raleigh Gran Sport- "go fast" build, modern 10spd Ultegra build c/ dt indexed shifters (might go w/ brifters though), 600 tri-color hubs laced to highly polished Campy Ypsilon (sp?) rims and tires that are too skinny and need to be swapped to something more comfy, Cinelli 1R stem w/ some sort of fancy Ti coated Cinelli bars
99 Bianchi Volpe- touring. Pretty much stock except Technomic stem, some sort of 46cm USA made bars, NOS Suntour XC Pro cantilevers and 700x35 Vittoria Hyper Rando tires. I really dig those tires!
2011 Specialized Stumperjumper Comp 29"- stock except for 29x2.2 Ground Control tires and XT cranks
2014 Specialized AWOL- go everywhere bike. Stock except for 29x1.95 S-Works Renegade tires. Very cool bike but I ordered it a size too small....
I think that's pretty much it for now....

This thread is going to turn into some serious bike porn, . These are my bikes: https://www.bikeforums.net/album.php?albumid=357
The newest member of the fleet is missing from my album: an almost mint 1969 Robin Hood (still has the original dunlop tires with no visible wear on them and a really cool lenton generator lighting system).

My riders:
87 Peugeot Triathlon - Dura Ace 9speed, Look carbon fork, Mavic Ksyrium Elites. Came to me as a very distressed frame. I painted it with auto 2 part and made the graphics. Fork and gruppo came from a donor bike.
Late 70's Austro-Daimler - 10 speed 105 - 531 frame & fork came from a FrankinBike sprayed over with rattle-can flat black & florescent orange touches for $10. I was able to remove the rattle-can without ruining the decals. Built the wheels for it and now it has fenders.
Late 70's Coppi - Frame as found. 8 speed Ergos, I built the wheels with High-flange Campagnolo & Mavic Module Es. Yep that's an Arobesque crank.
Probably my funnest bike to ride lives with my grown kids in San Francisco so I can ride it when visiting
late 70s Ciöcc - cosmetically challenged - Ultegra 10 speed
70s Puegeot UO-8 Fixed

I need to take some pics...
C&V road: '83 Colnago Nuovo Mexico, SR/NR build, ambrosio nemesis/record wheel set, Veloflex Roubaix tubulars, 6sp Regina cx-s chain/block
Not C&V road (you listed a '11 Stumpy, so I'll take the same liberty): '07 Cannondale CAAD9, dura ace 10sp group (minus crankset), Ritchey WCS carbon bars/seat post, HED Belgium/DA wheel set, Conti Grand Prix Classic tires
Single speed 'round towner: '80 Motobecane Grand Touring, mix of parts bin goodies, 600 arabesque crankset, 3ttt stem, Soma sparrow bars, Pletscher rear rack, Normandy/Weinmann concave wheel set wearing paselas
MTB: c'91 Specialized Rock Hopper, mostly stock plus V-brakes & levers, WTB rubber
BMX (nostalgia): '95? Giant MOSH XL, S&M front end, parts bin 3 piece crankset, Comp III rubber
Gravel: replace chainstay on '84 Centurion Pro Tour 15 or buy a frameset (Trek?), build with mix of new/C&V road/MTB, maybe use the Deer Head der's I've got kicking around, bar end shifters, fat rubber
Next ups: gravel above + a hard tail MTB
---
I'll try to add pics this weekend. Much prettier than the list above.

Wow, some awesome bikes on this list. My list is a lot shorter.
1964 JRJ San Remo Plus
1989 Trek 520 (sorry, no good photos)
1999ish Colian International (crappy photo, sorry)
2013 Velo Orange Pass Hunter
...And I just took possession of this 1973ish Wes Mason frameset from another generous forum member! Not sure what I'm doing with it yet.

Wow -- that's quite a list!
My signature says it all, but here are the gory details:
1959 Capo -- repainted red-with-white by CyclArt; straight-gauge Reynolds 531; 1970s Brooks Pro saddle and Nervar Star crankset; 1980s Ofmega/Nisi wheelset and Campagnolo derailleurs
1960 Capo -- original chrome and white-with-red paint; double-butted Reynolds 531; project bike; mostly original parts, including Ambrosio adjustable-reach stem, Campagnolo high-flange hubset and Gran Sport derailleurs, Agrati cottered cranks with aluminum 6-bolt Simplex chainrings. Some clown bent back the shift levers -- fortunately, I have replacements for them. Some other clown covered the Reynolds sticker with a bicycle license. :<
1970 Peugeot UO-8 -- built up from bare frame with Japanese drivetrain, including SunTour barcons
1981 Bianchi -- upgraded to Campagnolo hubs, rims, and brake calipers; all-Italian except Serfas ARC saddle and Shimano aero brake handles and KoolStop pads
1988 Schwinn -- weird blend of Shimano and SunTour; original under-the-chainstay U-brake, with RollerCam on front; updated to 8-speed freehub; Brooks Team Pro saddle
All but the 1960 Capo are in good working order, ready to go on 5 minutes' notice (long enough to top up the air in the tires and to check the complement of tools, pumps, water bottles, and spare innertubes). I would like to get the 1960 Capo up and running this year.

I really like that Wes Mason frame -- looks like a Bob Jackson.

Right now I am trying to stay at five (see my signature). Thanks @bikemig for the album idea https://www.bikeforums.net/album.php?albumid=412. Seven years here and I did not know that existed.
I am thinking about 2 changes for this winter. The Mongoose will probably go for a Soma Double Cross Disc, just to say I tried disc brakes. The other is something more classic to replace the Bridgestone.
