Made by MKS in the 1980s? Nice flat area to the sides to support a touring shoe and good for wide feet. They also look nice.
Very little info on the net about them.

I love my Specialized Touring Pedals. I have wide feet and these pedals are perfect for me and my early '80's touring bike. When I was rebuilding my Nishiki Cresta, I kept reading glowing reviews about these rare and elusive pedals so I actively sought them out on eBay. A really nice pair showed up and I went after them hard. So glad I did, the bike just wouldn't be same without them.
