Steve Hed has passed away.

Although I never used any of his wheels, I and MANY others knew of his great work in the aero wheel market.

Very sad news.

My heart goes out to his wife Anne and their two kids.

His youth and the suddenness of his unexpected and untimely demise are particularly hard on his family and friends. Condolences to his family. It is really great that he and his wife were able to parlay their passion for cycling into a business they could run together while providing for their kids.

It's sad to lose such an innovator so early - much too soon.
