The Year in Review: Bikes you Acquired in 2014
Post up the bikes you acquired in 2014. These are my keepers, at least temporarily, (except the little Merckx). I picked up plenty more that I sold to feed the N +1 addiction. My New Year's resolution is to subtract rather than add to my bike stable. The bikes are a Pinarello Record, Tommaso, Schwinn Premis, Raleigh Grand Sports, Merckx MX Leader, Merckx TSX/Century.

I also have a little Univega waiting for spring. Then I will list it (on CL) with hopes of it paying for the Nashbar as well as itself.

I bought a few bikes this year, but I am sure I will slow down next year. I also bought a Fuji mixte frame I am building up for my wife, but I can't find the pictures of it at the moment.

Picked up a 1980 Cinelli SC this past fall as a gift from a friend. Then this past spring I got my first Waterford built Paramount and has a American components builder theme to it. Then my 93 C'dale dropbar hybrid commuter.

I'll try not to be a wet blanket, but I achieved my goal of acquiring no new bikes in 2014. However, I did finally finish wearing out a set of 700x30C tires, and my goal for next year will be to put a lot of miles on the C&V bikes I have.

If you're going to post/boast the big sale prices, maybe you could post how much time was invested(labor to rehab and time spent to sell)

I no longer actively hunt for old bikes (well, not entirely true) but a couple did come my way this year:
1982 Peugeot Course for free...
195? CCM Roadster for free...
1955 CCM Rambler for $20...
1972 Mercier for free but had to pay shipping costs...
199? Waterford for a heck of a lot, almost a divorce amount, but Mrs. Me said OK and the Waterford, with full Campy ten speed is my newest keeper...

1962 Raleigh Royale, my daughter says this is the most beautiful bike we've owned. This bike is looking for a new home.
