Favorite C&V photos of 2014

Seeing as we're already on the New Year's themed threads, let's post some of our favorite photos of the year.

I'll start with Doc and Robbie emerging from the tunnel on the Badger State Trail (putting the lights away and finding the sunglasses).

Running with the ponies in the Almonzo. I'm a spec heading over the far hill, but got the full experience (horses are faster than bikes, and they can sure climb)

2014 was my most eventful year yet, when it comes to C&V.

February: beautiful winter rides for the C&V 100 Clunker Challenge:

March: some fantastic machinery at the Stalen Ros in Neerkant, Holland. Like these: a Bergh Sport, an Aandewiel and a Magneet:

June: nice hot weather touring in the French Provence with mrs non-fixie:

June: riding with fellow-members (like Zieleman on his Zieleman) and other friends in the Retroronde van Vlaanderen, in Belgium:

September: retro ride with the Dutch C&V community in Amerongen, Holland:

September: back in France again with my girl, in the Medoc this time:

November: lots of pretty Italian and Belgian bikes Stalen Ros in the velodrome in Ghent, Belgium:

November: C&V event in Rotterdam, Holland. Lots of nice local bikes, like those made by Wout Verhoeven and Manus Brinkman, who were both there in person as well:

Easily chosen, of 2014 and as far back as I can remember:

Chicago should be proud: bibliobob on Bianchi, John on Colnago, and "that young guy" making it look easy on Trek (I think)

Guru(s)

Killer cool: crank_addict

Easily the most unique cycling experience I've had:
Monroe Town Square, deserted, opera playing from unseen speakers.
Steel riders, finishing up Day Three; "ride it like you mean it." Chrome Molly and Doc (rccardr), showing me how it's done.

Anything by @northbend would qualify as a favorite.

I went for a ride on a cold gray rainy morning, dried off and warmed up at a coffee shop, when I emerged the sun was out and I cruised home.

Thanks scozim, that is very kind of you.
Best C&V photos or photos of the best memories?
Cino Heroica tops the list for memories.

Most notably this year because of the challenge of riding it fixed along with these 3 other nutcases:

I took one photo on that trip that I like as one of my best this year, taken during the formal dinner in Hot Springs on saturday night

Lots of great memories of riding with sam.g, etherhuffer, mountaindave, spokane dave, Alex Moll and drillium dude as well, just no decent photos of them. I guess because I shot less and enjoyed more at this years' Cino..

My best photos:

woodways hands during a C&V group ride early last spring

the view of Lake Chelan during a lunch stop on a ride with my wife

mountain rides

this self portrait

an early morning commute

My favorite bike portrait this year

Here's a fellow forum member hammering up a hill in upstate New York, with the Delaware River in the background:

Two fellow forum members leave me in the dust while I take photos on a 300k ride in June:
