The Sil-Braze came from Henry James (Harris Brand silver alloy and flux).
The threaded rods and nuts are just holding the BOs in place. Not my invention. I saw something similar in a gallery the real frame builders posted. I needed something to hold the BO in place. Once the flux melts, stuff starts sliding all over the place. I'm struggling to find a good jig for round rack BOs:
tried this first
tried this second after getting some advice from the pros. (those guys are amazingly helpful and patient !)
I'm hoping to get for real training in the future. Doug Fattic is not so far from me. One day.
