Nice! A couple of treasures. That Silca pump makes my seventies Silca look downright modern, and Pino Moroni is the stuff of legends!

Here's mine, found at a bike swap for $5; aluminum Cinelli bars that are bulge formed rather than having a sleeve.

Ambrosio adjustable reach handlebar stem, Italy's answer to Major Taylor (which adjusts from the front end and is therefore possibly safer in a crash).

a Cyclo Benelux Sport rear derailleur from 1953, which was a lighter, bling version of their regular derailleur from that time...

Hmmm... So, what is "interesting".

I picked this up recently for an "outrageous price".

700c narrow single walled Weinmann alloy rim laced to an old Campy high flange hub and original 5 speed 14/24 cluster.

I haven't figured out what to do with it yet. It could use some cleaning, but it isn't in too bad of shape. Oh, and I can't find a seam either.

I'm not sure how common they are. From that era, at least in the USA, a lot of the rims were steel 27" rims. Racing bikes, of course, had sewups. And, by the 80's, the double walled rims had really taken over, at least with the narrower wheels.

Not sure if it is the best of what I have left, but this Legnano headset is about the only really hard to find, or unusual, item that I still have tucked away. I was going to install it on my Grand Premio, and perhaps I actually will, one day...

This radio/horn is a pretty unusual item, these days and it was fitted to a near mint E-Z Roll Regal tricycle...

And, while on the subject, I am not positive, but pretty sure that not many of us has scored one of these tricycle conversion kits...

I remember those Radio Shack bike radios. Is it practical, or is there too much wind and traffic noise?

I had never heard of Trivelox until I read about it on BF. This website is always educational! Do you have the full Trivelox setup, with the sliding cog hub?

Have the same 'Road Patrol' radio as randyjawa. Acquired for a couple bucks. Was thinking of mounting it in the kiddies bike trailer so they can fiddle with the electric horn and drive everyone nuts on a club ride

No, that's all I have. This is a pretty conventional derailleur; it moves the chain sideways, the way all modern derailleurs do. The original setup for this derailleur included a freehub (not a freewheel) and an indexed quadrant shifter on the top tube.

So, I guess Berto didn't know about the Trivelox, eh?

Good point but Frank doesn't respond to my calls.

edit - maybe he considers it the Trivelox the first indexing cogset?

Is it practical? Probably not, when compared to today's Ipods and the like. Practical? Might weigh an ounce or two more than my lightest bike.

If it's titanium, doesn't classify as vintage - sorry.

Why not, there is vintage Ti out there.. I believe one forum member has a spectrum or some such from the late 1970s.
