The C&V videos thread

Is there already a C&V videos thread? Hopefully there isn't Please share your favorite videos (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) and/or video channels featuring C&V bikes, particularly those done to a decent artistic standard (i.e., that are watchable). To be clear, period racing footage is cool, and welcome here, but I personally find enthusiast-produced short films to be more interesting.

Here are a few that I've seen in the recent past:

https://vimeo.com/103998693

And here's a channel that I've recently begun to follow:

I'd kind of like to find some links to bikes and riders filmed "back in the day." There are a few I've seen, like the Raleigh factory video and the British video of a large group of club riders. But I haven't come across a whole lot of others.

There's a video I like called "Equinox Bicycle". Has some really good footage of jack taylor cycles, Cinelli and Raleigh concerning framebuilding.

JBC-3 Your movies brought back many good memories of my school days racing in the 1950's. I was a ice skating racer and field runner so I had the body to bike race. I raced all over NYS and many times I would show up with my hand built three speed and many would laugh. I won most of the time. I had a 10 speed bike but most of the time the three speed was all that was needed for short races. In the winter I practiced with the US olympic team as two members were from my town.

awesome, as the elders in my family pass away I am inheriting all the 8mm home movies. I've converted those from my side now have to do wifey's side. when I did ours I used a full sized VHS camcorder and now I have better digital camcorders. so thinking about re-converting some for better quality like exposure control. anyway good job!

I'm enjoying "A Sunday in Hell" so far. This may not be new to many of you, but it's new to me. This is an excellent clip:

And here's the full film:

Circa 1959. I still haven't been able to find this one so I can watch it.

60 Cycles.
Nothing like freewheels clicking along to the music.

The Race for the Yellow.
Average guys racing vintage bikes and as a bonus, the Christmas Story kid is the narrator!

Awesome thread. 'A Sunday in Hell' and 'The Stars and the Water Carriers' are personal favorites, but this is the one I watch the most:

Great film! I spent an entire evening with it earlier this year. Went through it almost frame-by-frame, trying to recognize the riders and their bikes. Some results of my efforts are here.

The quality is excellent and made for some informative screen prints:

It's right there on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZWzkK3snAU

Using most if not any of the streaming devices (or smart TV's) you can watch YouTube content right on your TV.

I recently removed the desk from what I use to call my home office (now my "cave"). And set up a TV with cable, a Roku, and a VGA connected PC too. The image below shows a (one of thousands... free) YouTube cycling video on the TV.
