Tokyo Bike

Today the NY Times Magazine published a story about a company called Tokyo Bike, which is opening a store in NYC.

Here's a link to the article: (https://tmagazine.blogs.nytimes.com/2...rk-soho-store/),

The bikes are neither here nor there for C&V, but the bolded portion of the sentence quoted below really tickled me!

"Tokyobike’s first entrée into the U.S. market was in May 2014, when the Di Simones opened a pop-up shop at the same Bowery address to showcase the modern, Dutch-looking bikes, which are made with CrMo steel. (They say that the material is stronger and more flexible than traditional aluminum, which is meant to last longer and offer a more comfortable ride.)"
