SR Suntour SF11 XCT V3(disc) 100mm travel = what rigid disc fork?
Weight of fork is non issue.

surly or voodoo both makes good steel forks. Niner reynolds steel one is also a keeper. Most will be corrected for 80mm travel fitting.

And if you put an 80mm fork on a bike designed for 100mm of suspension travel, the result will be a bike so nervous that you won't want to ride it. Trust me: I know this from experience!

When I needed a rigid fork that was designed to replace a 100mm suspension fork on a 26" MTB, I went with the Surly Instigator fork. Having the correct axle to crown race length (~445mm) cured the bike of its nervousness and it is now a pleasure to ride.
