C. Have weapons and can travel. Caribou was a hoot. When you get to the gravel road you only need to keep heading north east for about 13 hours. When we got to the gate I thought it was the gate to get out the north end of Canada. Gator is just south of Myrtle beach S.C. outside Georgetown. Nothing better than an arrow in a prehistoric critter what just wants to eat you. Makes him pretty mad.

Nothing is obvious with you. I stuck with the standard tin bike from backroads (which is tres comfortable, by the way, even with ****ty 23mm tires pumped up to 110 psi)
Pictures require processing. Which requires Lightroom / Photoshop, which I do NOT have on my work laptop, whch is doing no work at all right now, just serving as a conduit to the external back up drive I bought.
So keep your damn shorts on.
PS Ultegra... meh. Not all it's cracked up to be.

Interesting preparation. You boil the shrimp shells to make a stock, eliminating the need for a lot of oil. Lots of garlic, cilantro and parsley round it out.

I rode my bike yesterday......... oh snap what is this thread about again? Going to Italy so to be able to drink Bordeaux from a box, guess they only import the cheap stuff.
Funniest **** I read all week was on Farcebook where a Defense atty stated that our LBS group rides are cliquish, although he has not been on any since I have been doing them and last nights group ride was rather average with only myself and one other attending. OK, this leads me to a "I've lived in this country for 16 years and can't figure it out" thing. Why leave the tails on shimp in dishes that are clearly designed to be eaten with a utensil? I can see it if they're finger food, but I find it bewildering that I order a curry and it comes with tail-on shrimp in it.

Reminds me of a time eating dinner in an Irish Pub in Santa Barbara, and overhearing a conversation from the table next to me about how terrible English food is, as they were tucking into their "Irish" dinner of Shephards Pie, Fish and Chips, Steak and Ale pie...

America where we have ethnic food that the ethnics would not recognize hehe, typical Chinese and Mexican being two examples.....but I guess we have bicycles "made" in like 9 countries that all come from China and Taiwan :-)

To be fair, I've eaten Chinese food in a lot of different countries (not including China, have done in Hong Kong while it was still under British rule), and it's different everywhere. I remember in a Chinese restaurant in Spain they obessed about some dish where they poured some kind of super heated rice into a soup bowl, so it sizzled. Never seen that dish before or after, but about half the people in the restaurant ordered the dish. Malaysian Chinese and Indian Chinese food are really good.

Touring Canada is on my retirement list. I would love to go see it. I've heard nothing but good things.
