Daughter had a Lacrosse game at 30miles away (29.85 actually) and I took my bike. It is so much easier to ride when there is a destination. Riding the local loop for training gets boring. I feel great, thighs are a little sore but getting stronger after every ride.
Bike is slow AF but I realize that with my weight I am not going anywhere fast even with the fastest bike.....improving every ride!
