Great article. I particularly like the Nina Mosby story and her no-drop rides. This is very similar to my time in the army and the 5 mi runs in the morning; you run as a platoon and no one is dropped ever. You win together or you fail together, and failure is not in the vocabulary.

OK, guys (and gals). The admins have said that FGAA bashing won't be allowed here, and the LAST thing I want is to get in trouble with a moderator.

It's amazing how many people have lost 100 lbs (or more) on a bike.
