It's not that I didn't HAVE food, I just didn't EAT it... I had a clif bar and two gels (which is pretty light for 70 miles, to be sure) but only had one gel and a muffin at the coffee joint.
PJ - did I tell you about the time my son ordered a wedge salad? (It came with his 400 ounce prime rib). he asked what was on it and the waiter excitedly described everything and Robert's sitting there just shaking his head, so they worked out a deal - wedge salad, hold the lettuce, tomatoes etc etc no dressing... So the waiter brought him a plate of bacon that looked almost exactly like the one in your picture.

Y'all speedsters should have slowed down to ride at my wife's pace. I did 75% of that ride in Z1-- my HR under 119bpm. Just moseyin' along. Made it to the pizza place on half a muffin, half a banana, and just the right amount of wicked brain freeze.
And then I certainly did not eat a salad with what looks like fruit on it.
